Inspiration Fresh From The Farm
It’s all about fresh food this time of year. I get these cravings for slices of tomatoes on crusty bread with olive oil, salt and pepper. We made dinner the other night and many colors were represented, from green to yellow to purple. We had striped candy beets, French green beans and locally grown corn. It was definitely a sign of nature’s bounty. Ben and I had been to the Farmer's Market that day, and we were inspired. Ben, however, is not yet so inclined to eat many vegetables. Arnica to the Rescue
Summer is finally here after a spring with a lot of rain and rather cool temperatures. When it finally turned warm a few weeks ago, everybody was out and about. The number of bicyclists that all of a sudden turned up on Route 9W, the popular biking route near Weleda’s headquarters, was quite staggering, and for me it was time to saddle up as well! It’s a rather scenic ride along the Hudson River, and I like to do my part for the environment by bicycling to the office.
