The Customer Center at Weleda Naturals, in the small village of Wetzgau, Germany, was built in 2006. It’s a small building on one edge of Weleda’s expansive Biodynamic® gardens, with just enough room for our visitor center, a shop, our offices and an organic restaurant, which is normally bustling with people. It is January now, however, so everything is still, peaceful and serene. The garden sleeps under nearly eight inches of snow; our ducks stay in a glass house with a heater; our tour guides are on vacation.
