It’s enough to take the jolly out of anyone’s merry Christmas. With that in mind, we’ve gathered some stress-relief tips to help you during this busy time of year. 1.    Take time to relax. Product Spotlight: Pomegranate Body Oil
In my last blog, I wrote about the benefits of Rosemary Hair Oil and how it pampers your hair. But nourishing natural oils aren’t just good for your hair—they’re also beneficial for your skin! Skin Food is such a wonderful, do-it-all moisturizer, you can even use it on your lips, and you won't have to worry about ingesting...

Sun Safety Tips
I can always tell when summer is in full swing on Monday mornings when weekenders return from the beach, looking like they forgot to apply enough sunscreen. I also see the sunburned faces and shoulders of baseball fans whenever I take the train to New York City on a day when the Yankees are playing at home. Personally, I am a fan of biking and rollerblading outdoors during the warmer months, so I definitely have to wear sunscreen. My skin is very fond of our Sea Buckthorn Body Oil as an after-sun treat. It absorbs very easily and contains antioxidant-rich organic sesame seed oil to promote skin renewal and protect against skin-damaging influences. I...

8 Easy Tips for Summer Skin Care
In the summer my skin behaves very differently than it does in the winter. The heat and humidity, combined with a lot more time spent outdoors, can quickly lead to clogged pores, bumps and blotchiness. Does yours do the same, too? I checked in with Patricia, our resident natural skin care expert, who gives amazing facials at our spa in Palisades, NY, for some tips on how to keep skin healthy, balanced and beautiful all summer long. Here are some of her suggestions: 1. To help keep blackheads at bay, avoid touching your face and wipe down your cell phone occasionally. Pressing it up against your cheek regularly can easily lead to clogged pores. ...
