I talked to Patricia Pol, the esthetician and expert in natural skin care at our spa in Palisades, NY, about how to best prepare our skin for the change of season. Here’s what she had to say. Me: How can the change of seasons affect my skin?Patricia: The change of season always affects our skin. While summer air is more humid and moisture-rich, the cold, dry air in fall and winter leaves our skin dehydrated, flaky and rough. You might notice more dry spots, especially in the T-zone (the area around your nose, chin and forehead)....
