Job Title: Sales Intern
Position Type: Full-time (no exceptions); MINIMUM 6 months; starts ASAP
Position:
A unique opportunity with one of the largest natural skin care brands in the world, and one of the fastest growing in the U.S. The primary responsibility of the Intern will be to assist the Sales and Marketing team with various sales and marketing initiatives and general administrative duties. The Intern will have the opportunity to interact with professionals in sales, marketing and project management and will gain experience and knowledge in the natural products industry.
Duties:
- Provide support to Sales Managers and broker network of 60+ people
- Perform various administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning and faxing
- Help maintain sales contact database and keeps information current
- Assist in coordination and execution of collateral materials for inside and outside sales divisions
- Assist with the Annual Sales Conference and biannual Sales and Marketing Meetings
- Interact with various internal departments (logistics, sales, marketing) and assist in general office duties
- Assist in department as needed

Requirements, Qualifications and/or Experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Organizational and time management skills to balance multiple tasks
- Ability to work with minimal supervision (self-motivated, strong initiative and strong decision-making skills)
- Computer skills (MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint) are a must have. Photoshop and SharePoint a plus.
