For an intensive treatment, or for extra protection before exposure to sun, salt and chlorine, massage a quarter-size to one-third of a bottle of the oil into the scalp and hair, and cover with a shower cap. I just wanted to email to let you know I LOVE your Rosemary Hair Oil product. It is my first Weleda product, and I am very interested in trying more products. Over the past 2 years I have been slowly switching over to more natural products (reducing toxins and chemicals in my home). I had been very hesitant to switch my "heavy duty" hair care products, as I have very frizzy, long, thick, wavy hair. I used to use a 5-step system of chemical products. Now, I have minimalized and only need shampoo, conditioner, and the rosemary oil. The rosemary hair oil makes my hair shiny and smooth--naturally. I love it!
